Notice: Shopee Check out

Today, J&T Staffs went into our house to explain that some of our parcels from shopee went missing. Upon asking the situation, according to their tracking system the items were dropped at the warehouse and stopped having movement and was never delivered+
we were asked to present our copy of waybill and photo of the parcel when it was sent. We were told that it won’t be compensated by shopee without those proofs even if we have a notification on our phones that it was accepted by the branch when we booked it online ++
Thankfully, our admins have a copy of the waybill and the parcels when they were shipped last March 26. Upon checking shopee c/o for that day all of our goods ranges from 5-30pesos only. It will be the only amount that shopee will compensate for the lost parcels. ++
It is a heavy news for us because the goods sent that day were almost 5+ Albums and DVDs that cost an ample amount of money and the buyer will only be compensated worth 5-30pesos. Neither Adtukat PH nor shopee will be liable to refund or compensate the total amount of goods lost+
This is the risk you take when you settle for a cheap shipping fee w/o a proper declared value. This is why we recommend using J&T or at least GGX for they can cause higher than shopee c/o but you will have an assurance that once your packaged are lost you will be compensated ++
for the amount we declared when it was booked online (we add at least 5% increase with the price you bought it from us). The team will be discussing with the given situation, we will announce later if we will remove shopee c/o as a form of MOD.
