When you bank online, both you and the bank know how much $ should be in your account, and you both check to make sure nothing funny happens via hack or fraud or otherwise. With a secret ballot cast online, by definition, no one does that checking.
We& #39;re all for thinking of creative ways to expand access to the franchise, but at a moment that far too many Americans believe the lie that large-scale election fraud happens in the U.S., internet voting is exactly the wrong way to go.
