Okay, I got vaccinated yesterday and wanted to compile what I could find to help other people who might be eligible. There are lots of links so take a look at specifics, I’ll stay high level. Let’s go 
1/ is still a pilot program for the Astra-Zeneca vaccine, if you are 55+ which was recently expanded across the province — http://globalnews.ca/news/7733234/ontario-expands-astrazeneca-vaccines-pharmacies/ — my entire family was able to get appointments through their pharmacies by calling, some, like @RexallDrugstore are online.

3/ In Scarborough — Adults 50+ (before 1971) are eligible if they have a health condition on the list, or in an identified postal code (M1B, M1G, M1J, M1K, M1P, M1T, M1V)

5/ Folks of any age with diagnosed mental illness or substance abuse and those 50+ who live in certain postal codes can register through @CAMHnews (M5V, M6E, M6H, M6K, M6N, M8V) http://www.camh.ca/en/camh-news-and-stories/covid-19-vaccine-booking

9/ Yesterday I went to @UHN for mine, where they are vaccinating people with certain health conditions if you have a doc in the hospital group and/or live in the area, and adults 50+ with postal codes M6H, M6E, M5V,

The same eligibility as before existed (health care workers, care givers, faith leaders, Indigenous people, those in congregant settings, etc.) but eligibility is literally changing every single day and your doctor is likely not going to tell you when it’s your turn.
For those not in Toronto, or general pop here, every day PHUs are changing their eligibility (for example, Ottawa did not have “high risk health conditions” on Saturday, but today they do! Bookmark and keep checking this: http://Ontario.ca/bookvaccine
See! It changes so fast. Today’s announcement is talking about *anyone over 18* being eligible if you’re in what’s a hot spot neighbourhood, likely delivered by mobile teams with a timeline TBD but I am hoping very soon — if this is you, keep your eyes peeled!
