how i lost 40 lbs in 2 months <3

disclaimer : this isn’t a healthy way to lose weight. also i’m not an expert and the things that i did may not work for you the way they did for me.
how i ate (?) :

• would replace breakfast with coffee
• 2 meals a day (200/300 calories each)
• 800 or less calories a day
• ^ sometimes up to 1.2k but rarely
food i ate :

• eggs
• fruit
• veggies
• bacon
• rice cakes
• lean cuisine
• sf/gf food
• seaweed
• broth
excuses for not eating :

• i just ate smth
• im not hungry rn
• im planning on eating _____ later
• my stomach hurts rn
• i’m going vegetarian / vegan
• i don’t like the food
workouts i did :

• 5-10k steps every day
• sometimes i would do a few 10 min chloe ting workouts
• went to the mall + hung w friends, u can get a good 10-20k steps tbh lol
• sometimes id do random 2-5 kin ab workouts
^ i didn’t workout much tbh besides walking a lot
extra things :

• tried drinking at least 4/5 bottles of water every day
• chewed gum when i was hungry
• distracted myself (i can make a thread of stuff 2 do instead of eat if anyone wants)
