- regular followups from my end
- late responses, unnecessary back & forth DMs due to unclear updates

Just like any of their buyers, I& #39;ve tried my best to be as patient as I could, gave them all the benefit of the doubt, and constantly follow up re: my merch. Noticed that they don& #39;t answer the Qs about the Vinyl. They kept saying that they& #39;re still unboxing but still no clear answer re: my queries.

- Mar 30 HGP said they don& #39;t know where the vinyls are, even their supplier cannot give them any clear answers

so... we rly just wasted our time
Ending:

- Mar 30, the same day I just requested my refund. Called them out about their non-existing committed proofs. My mood even dampened with their:
"we are advised rin po na no deductions/cancellation fees will be applied if ever under this GO daw po"
Uhm. Of course??
Their refund form said that I will receive mine in 1-2 wks time - that& #39;s Apr 13 - but they said to expect my refund receipts by Apr 17.
What doesn& #39;t sit right is they ask us to delete any negative tweets about them once they refund us.
...I don& #39;t think that& #39;s how feedback works.
& this is not a 1-time instance, I& #39;ve met buyers (local & int& #39;l) & even shops with worse experience than mine. Lastly, It& #39;s unfair how I& #39;m still & #39;grateful& #39; despite my experience coz HGP owes me so little compared to what they owe the rest. I& #39;ve experienced shops that canceled my orders due to unavailability but it wasn& #39;t this TAXING.
So yeah, atp I just hope I get my refund by April 17 AND

I just wanna quickly update this thread, I finally received my full refund from @/HERGALAXYPH but some of the GC members are yet to received theirs. Note that they only owe me for 1 Suga Interlude Vinyl while they owe the others much much more
