It’s no wonder their fans worship the ground he walks on; he’s completely transformed their club.

You always see fans of other clubs playing down the job Bielsa’s done but when you combine the results he’s had with the high-energy style of play he’s cultivated, it makes total sense that Leeds supporters would be infatuated with him.

I for one am hugely jealous.

Ultimately, football fans want their manager to inspire loyalty, establish a winning mentality and buy into what’s truly important to a club’s supporters.

Shankly did it with Liverpool, Busby & Ferguson did it with Manchester United, it feels like Bielsa is doing that at Leeds.
