2/5 discussed his story. He provided me with screen caps of his text exchange with his relative. The general description is that his ship thought these were Chinese drones. The destroyers were testing missiles and they believed a civilian ship was following them and that the

3/5 Chinese used that cover to spy on the navy. I encouraged the witness to speak with journalists, but he declined. His job duties now would be jeopardized it he spoke with the media he said. NKT likewise did not want me to use his name for fear someone could track down his BiL.

4/5 So this report is considered unvetted and unverified. My other source from USS Chafee said they were not drones and they were tic tacs. But until we have an eye witness come forward I consider the question still open. NKT did post quite a few UFO related topics in the past,
