Please speak to your area supervisor in alpha first greater noida and ask him to justify his roles and responsibilities towards Airtel customers. Pathetic service by Airtel staff in alpha first greater noida. I am associated with Airtel from last 15 years and that’s the service.

Still there is no resolution on my Airtel broadband connection and Airtel doesn’t bother to provide any ETA for resolution in this digital era. Please shut your shop Airtel and have some mercy on people of India..shameful act by airtel... @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

Issue still persist and Internet disconnection + slowdown is still happening. My landline Airtel phone is still giving problem with no dial tone. Ground engineers or on field supervisors are not able to crack the root cause of this issue and providing only temporary solutions.

Hence issue re surfaced again and again. Airtel senior technician needs to thorough root cause analysis and provide permanent fix rather just provide temp fixes and run away. Your competitors will take advantage of your in efficiency @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

Issue is resolved now and thanks for fixing this. However, I am very much disappointed with Airtel ground staff in sector Alpha First Greater Noida and specially with engineer name Santosh as he lacked the attitude towards fixing the customer issues @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Airtel is carrying big luggage while keeping employee like Santosh on their payroll. Such kind of employees are big threat to Airtel reputation and customer trust. He needs to moved out from Airtel specially from sector Alpha First Greater noida @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
