30 Days of David Tennant.

(thanks @smolstrand for making this!)
April 1st: Favourite villain character.

Has to be Kilgrave 😈
April 2nd: Favourite character that's a dad.

He's played many great dads but it has to be Alec.
April 3rd: Favourite drama show.

He's done a lot of dramas and honestly I think pretty much all of them are amazing but if I have to choose I'd say Broadchurch (of course) but also Takin' Over the Asylum which I think is a true masterpiece.
April 4th: Favourite David Tennant expression.

I really love this thing he does when he's thinking which is basically him biting his lip or more like the inside of his cheek, and I also like his signature expression (aka 🤨), so this picture is perfect because it has both.
April 5th: Favourite animated character.

Obviously it's my boy Scrooge! Especially when he's growling.
April 6th: Favourite Doctor Who ep.

There are episodes with very different genres within DW and I have a few favourites depending on my mood, but I guess my all time favourite is Midnight. Amazing performances, lots of food for thought and a feeling I don't get with any other.
April 7th: Favourite comedy.

If you had asked me a year ago it would have been so very difficult to choose but since Staged exists I'm just biased, I think it's absolutely brilliant and I love it way more than I can explain.
April 8th: Favourite outfit.

Love all the velvet suits, the colourful trousers, the flower shirts and the flamboyant ties and socks, and I really like how he also wears nerd shirts sometimes. Can't choose just one but I have a soft spot for flower shirts and bold ties and socks.
April 9th: Favourite quote.

"Complexity is to be cherished, oversimplification leads to fundamentalism."
April 10th: Favourite Good Omens ep.

It's obviously episode 3 aka Hard Times, that opening is literally the stuff that my dreams are made of.
April 11th: Favourite hairstyle.

He's pretty no matter what but I have a soft spot for the long locks he's been sporting lately. Before knowing this look I would've said I love when he has a bit of a fringe and he tries to spike it up but it kinda falls on his forehead.
April 12th: Favourite professional interview.

There are so many amazing interviews out there but if I had to choose just one I'll probably say the one from Off Camera With Sam Jones. I really like the insight into his childhood and how he talks about having Impostor Syndrome.
April 13th: Show that made you cry.

I mean, even Staged made me cry ffs, how do you want me to choose just one??? Anyway, I'm gonna say Doctor Who because it's actually the first David Tennant show that made me cry, the first one of a very long list.
April 14th: First thing you ever watched with him in it.

Even though I didn't know who David was until years later, it was Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I remember that I was scared of Barty but also very intrigued by him, I really wanted to know more about the character.
April 15th: Favourite movie.

My favourite DT movie is Recovery. It's a really well-made and significant film. I think it realistically manages to show the struggle that people with TBI and their families face, and David's performance is absolutely outstanding.
April 16th: Favourite gif.

Love them all tbh but I do tend to get mesmerised for a little while longer than usual everytime I come across this one.
April 17th: Saddest DT scene.

There are so many really, as I said before I've cried pretty much with every film/series of David I've watched, so I'm just gonna put a few pictures of some of the most heartbreaking scenes that come to mind right now.
April 18th: Happiest DT scene.

There are a lot but the first one that I thought about when I read this was David's last scene in The Decoy Bride. It never fails to put a smile on my face, I can't help it, everytime I see it I just feel so happy ❤️
April 19th: Favourite DT smile.

His smile is always beautiful but I'm gonna choose this picture because I love it so much, plus you get a bonus smiling Georgia. Their whole faces are smiling and they both irradiate happiness. It's one of my favourite pictures of them 🥰
April 20th: Favourite overall series.

He's done a lot of masterpieces imo but I have to say Broadchurch. My obsession with DT started because of this series, I love everything about it and to this day Alec Hardy is still my favourite fictional character ever.
April 21st: Favourite co-star.

This one's tough, he's worked with so many amazing people. My top 3 are Catherine Tate, Michael Sheen and Olivia Colman. I especially love his relationship with Catherine and I can't wait to see Americons, I really need them to resume that project.
April 22nd: Favourite picture.

I'm absolutely obsessed with his beauty, this is sooooo difficult. I guess my real favourite is actually a screencap so it doesn't really count as a picture, right? That means I can choose another one too, sorry I don't make the rules 👀😂
April 23rd: Favourite DT scene ever.

I totally forgot about this yesterday, sorry, it was bound to happen at some point though 😅

There are a million of DT scenes I love but here, have some protective dad Hardy aka a very properly angRy Scotsman.
April 24th: Show that deserves an Emmy.

There are so many projects DT's been in that deserve an Emmy and a lot of other awards in my opinion. I feel like a lot of his work is really underrated, partly because unfortunately it's not very well known. These are some of my favs.
April 25th: Best DT character.

Something about the way he acts just makes all his characters so interesting. My favourite is Alec but I'm gonna put some I really like and think I haven't mentioned before on this thread - Casanova, Will Burton, Peter Carlisle and Aiden Hoynes.
