before getting rescued by eren, mikasa was just an "ordinary/normal" girl, because her hizuru blood is dominant, HOWEVER, her ackerman blood was triggered with eren's words.

this is why we have two realities: (1) Lost Girls OVA where mikasa's oriental blood is dominant. she even made/wish the survey corps to disband so that eren will not die, but he still died riding the hot air balloon.
(2) current timeline where mikasa's ackerman blood is dominant. this time, survey corps didn't disband, but she's still always checking on him and wants him to give up on joining the SC at first, but ends up joining him and armin.
the theory is that, every time that mikasa tries to use her oriental blood aka powers (to go back in time / time loop), it clashes with her dominant ackerman blood, thus giving her headaches.

there's another blood imagery when mikasa thought eren died, probably because of her ackerman blood (they showed eren's memory of him telling her to fight). she was even confused on why she was fighting.

13 could mean the 13 years the titan shifters can live with the Curse of Ymir, or it can also be the 13 with the number games of 13845 (basically to know what eren's dream was on ch1, go to ch138 page 45 and you'll see the "see you later, eren" line, so 138(45) lol)

there are still questions raised for this theory though, especially when eren is "sending out memories". i don't think i see markings when he manipulated grisha to kill the reiss family, or when falco was dreaming that he was fighting titans with a sword, flying.
just wanna add: mikasa only showed her azumabito mark to eren, so this could also be a factor to this theory.

anyways,, in summary it's related to mikasa's blood: eren activating the coordinate without touching dina while she has broken ribs, and mikasa getting cut on her cheek when when eren's mission was to seal/plug up the hole in trost.
