Jessica Vs Kyrie - Jealousy is not the Answer

Jessica and Kanon cannot be together unless she overcomes the trial of love, and her feelings were more than enough in that regard.

At first, it looked like Jessica had chosen someone at random, but it was later revealed by Kyrie that this wasn’t the case, and Jessica came determined to kill Kyrie no matter what for her love. The main disagreement between them was using others as a stepping stone for love.
To understand the fundamental issue here, we have to go back to the point when Jessica's first love bared fruit. Yasu thought it was a natural feeling for her to become interested in kanon, because there were almost no young men on rokkenjima, but she refrained from saying that.
She thought this might destroy the romance of a maiden’s pure heart, and to an outsider it seemed like she only got infatuated with him out of pure loneliness and jealousy of her circle, that had everyone bringing boyfriends to the cultural festival.
However that wasn’t the case, the truth is that Jessica had an inferiority complex because of how she looked and acted, and cried huge tears that were mixed with her true feelings, that she was just an innocent lady with a pure heart on a lonely island.
Yasu figured out that Jessica's ordinary rough style of speech was all just an attempt to protect her own easily injured heart. This was Yasu’s identification of Jessica’s tears, Yasu believed these tears were real, and for obvious reasons they were able to understand jessica.
The truth that only Yasu knows, is that Jessica saw Yasu as a human being, not a servant, not a furniture, and the rejection probably asserted her deepest worries inside herself more and more that she is unrefined and unworthy of love, not because of a passing puberty feeling.
In fact, Jessica used to be distant from her mother, calling her “that person”, but in Yasu’s text she tried to fix the relationship between them, using the charm system she devised for protection against the witch, which did wonders in repairing their broken relationship.
The main point is, even though her love might have been born out of jealousy, she didn’t use others as a stepping stone for her love, and kyrie thought that every kind of love should be born out of jealousy and strong feelings for victory above all else.
In order to break Kyrie's closed room, Jessica has to understand magic in its true sense, and that is a mutual feeling that is agreed on between people, not a competition. Jessica may not have had the time to show Yasu her genuine feelings, but battler’s game fixed that.
To further establish that Jessica's feelings were genuine, she was put in a situation where she would still be compared to someone, and turn rebellious, yet she doesn’t blame her misfortune on anyone, and assumes the same standing in an ideal world.
Jessica isn’t a fake person, she is proud of all the pieces that constitute her heart, and wasn't afraid to voice out her opinion to cure Yasu’s injured heart. They are both so similar, yet so distant, but it can’t be denied that their love was the real thing.
This left a deep impression on will, so as a redeeming gesture to Jessica's soul, he bowed in his greeting to kiss her hand, treating her as a true lady of the Ushiromiya house, in respect of all her love and genuine feelings that bypassed the boundaries of worlds.
