So 8½ months (!) after it's first release, Adrian Zenz finally managed to correct in his report the wrong graph label, as it was highlighted by @MaxBlumenthal at the recent panel he attended together with @DanielDumbrill, @RadDesai and others.

A #Thread (READ TO THE END!)
Title page now says "Updated March 17, 2021", but he forgot to update the inner title, and on the Table of Contents it's "Revised" (any academic journal would have a consistent style), and he forgot to change the label in the ToC, where it's still "per capita". Proofread anyone?
His previous revision (or whatever he calls it himself), the label of the graph was wrong. The hilarious part is – of all the people who cited the report no one ever told him! (or he didn't bother) Have those people even read it, or just his tweets? https://twitter.com/abovetheclouds/status/1308481116203036679?s=20
But even with the correction of this editing error, the problem of the quantity "net IUD insertions" as constructed by Zenz remains. This is exemplified in this thread, where we found that Hainan has shocking 426.5% of net IUD insertions of South China 😱 https://twitter.com/abovetheclouds/status/1373319168842469377?s=20
In his 1st version, he called this quantity deceivingly "new IUD insertions", for which he was immediately called out. He changed it then to "net IUD insertions", and he finally corrected the "per capita" in his current version.

The Zoom panel was held on March 19, and uploaded to YouTube on March 23, with 140k views since then as of today.

Let's look at the PDF metadata of Zenz's report he supposedly revised on March 17: it says "created 2021-03-24"
So shockingly, besides all the dilettantism in his research (which so much makes the case why one needs peer-review), Zenz did literally fabricate the publication date on his report to be able to claim he corrected it before the panel! This is nothing short of academic fraud!
To clarify this tweet here, I can't tell when exactly Zenz did upload the new version, as the last web capture was March 21, which still gives the old version. (March 31 was by me). When I wrote that tweet, I didn't uncovered the fraud yet.
