i ate a big meat pao n some chicken breast for lunch.
then for dinner ate half of my hokkien mee and drank an ovaltine macchiato
~ 840 calories , moving forward i’ll try not to eat anymore carbs n sweet drinks

drank coffee in the morning, ate hokkien mee for lunch, then didn’t eat anything until i fucking binged 3/4 of a lay’s barbecue pack so... lol

ate normally today; went to ding tai fung and ate some dumplings, fried rice n noodles and a liu sha bao. then for dinner ate tofu and minced pork n some veggies

basically ate the same thing as ytd... minced pork, sweet and sour fish n veggies for lunch and the same stuff + some tofu and pork belly for dinner

according to my app i ate a little above 1000 cals today, mostly ate homecooked food again which i looove so much n ate some yoghurt for snacks! fucking love yoghurt. also went for a pretty tiring walk just now. overall today was good!

also sadly i cant seem to keep my calorie intake to below 1000 it’s always around 1000 to 1400 at most give or take and that’s fine by me ... starving really makes me feel so lethargic and dead and i can’t be having that during walks or at work. so high restriction will do
