if jupiter rules luck then saturn rules fate

I was debating this because I originally thought fate was ruled by jupiter since jupiter rules the things we may have luck in, but jupiter is mutable

mutable means it’s open to change, won’t stay the same, while saturn is cardinal (or fixed in some instances)

some say that are in control of our own fate, while others say that our fate is fixed

saturn is also domicile in the 10H, which rules our reputation, our goals...our fate, so im thinking that saturn shows what we are destined for in our lifetime, things that are sure to happen (as long as we are willing to work for them)
