In a test of personal discipline and physical fitness, I have a goal to “run” at least a 5k every day for the next 365 days. I intend to use a twitter thread to chronicle my results.
Day 1, setting the bar. Pushed myself to see where my time would net out. I look forward to seeing the time it takes me on March 29, 2022. #5kDay1of365
Day 2, a little longer and a lot slower. Too nice of a day here in Cleveland not to get out and see the city. #5kDay2of365
Day 5, Friday Flyday. Pushed the pace, looking to break 7 min miles here soon. #5kDay5of365
Day 6, Gameday 5k. Nice and slow, used my time to think about executing the game plan, and visualizing our success on the field this afternoon. Let’s Viking Go. #5kDay6of365
Day 7, Sunday Run Day. Another beautiful day in the CLE, gotta take em when we can get em. #5kDay7of365
Day 8, Monday Miles

Day 12. Friday time trial, wanted sub 7-minute miles. Came out a little too hot and hit a wall after mile 2. We are definitely getting faster though. #5kDay12of365
