My paycheck this week is $37,778

This is how I’m breaking it down

$17,000 Stock market
$8,000 Buy a house fund
$6,500 Tax account
$5,500 children stocks

The last $770 is my spending money until next week
Every week my pay is different, but my strategy is the same

Invest majority of it into something that will bring me more money

Could be a business, divided paying stocks, or real estate

But I ALWAYS invest first, spend last

AND I’m always on the hunt for more passive income
What I’m investing in

- Stock market = Stocks that will pay me a quarterly or monthly dividend

Right now I’m building big position in $OKE It’s currently at $51

I believe it will recover from the COVID sell off, it fell from $70 per share

Has a 40% + upside and a 7% divided
That means for every share I own I get $3.74 per year

I currently have 4,920 shares

That’s $18,400 per year in passive income

What I like the best is even when I have only $100 to invest I can still grab shares

I’m just adding on more and more as I earn more money
I also invest long term for my children’s stocks

I put away a percentage of what I make for my children’s future

When I make money they get money invested, they won’t start from ground 0 like I did

- Real estate that cash flows

I’ll be getting into rental cars too
Here’s what you’ve been taught since you were born

Buy a car
Buy a T.V
Buy a house
Buy new clothes
Buy a new phone
Buy season tickets
Buy festival tickets
Buy drinks at the bar

What they don’t tell you

Buy income
What does “Buy income” mean

You can buy stocks that will pay you a dividend every single quarter or month

You can buy a business that makes money from day 1, you can build one as well

You can buy a house that people pay you to live in

Buying income is giving yourself a raise
The more passive income you get the better, it keeps you away from the rat race

You trade your time for money and then trade your money for more money

Once your passive income is more than what you spend in a money going to work is now a choice

Money is a tool to buy freedom
So when you see my budget notice you don’t see

Rent, car insurance, cell phone bill, light bill etc

That’s because my entire cost of living is covered by the rental houses I own

Once source of income covers my entire cost of living which means every extra dollar I can invest
I have other side hustles that bring me more money, even some that are higher than this per week but I just wanted to use one paycheck from one source as an example

The more you invest the closer you are to freedom

Now people reading this are going to say

“It’s easy to invest money if I made $37,000 in a week”

But the reason I’m able to make 37k in a week is because I was investing money when I made $2,000 per month

I was investing money but more importantly I was investing time to learn
Here’s what you were taught

- Go to work for a source of income

Here’s what you need to learn

- You can buy a source of income

Land, rental properties, businesses, stocks etc

Here’s why most people won’t

Car payments
Mortgages
Credit card debt
Student loans

Think twice
Your debt is holding you back from investing

Your car, house payments & credit card payments are holding your money back

But what about time? You can invest your time too but countless Netflix hours & scrolling social media is eating ur time

Nothing changes if nothing changes
No people are going to ask how do you make so much weekly

It all boils down to selling something

You either sell something or work for somebody who sells something

T Mobile sells phone service, you work for T-Mobile

The closer you are to being the person who sells the better
What do you gotta sell?

Anything, a product, service or information

Then you need a place to sell your product, service or information (a website)

Lastly you need to get traffic to your website, use FB ads, gorilla marketing, Twitter or IG shoutouts to get traffic
