Went to the gym this morning at 7am. Did 30 minutes of cardio. Small progress is still progress. ✨

My waist is getting smaller. I’m only on day 6 of my journey. Here is some small progress photos/videos
I’m pushing my stomach out in both videos.
I’m not sure if I did these right but I tried nonetheless.
I still haven’t weight myself yet, I may though.
Excuse my wedgie lmfao, but listen ..I couldn’t do 3 of these on the first day. I am so happy with this progress. Ft. @Truly_Jas 😂🤍
