Reverse engineer the emotion you want the audience to feel.

Emotions:

WOW: i didn't know this is a thing or they make that much $
LOL: laugh
WTF : pissed
AWW:  so cute
EPIC: trick shots
NSFW: sextape / crazy fight
OHH: finally understand what confused me

Pick an idea → figure out the viral emotion

Check in → Does this feel right?

Outline the key bullets → Is this the right outline?

Draft thread → Take a break

Edit → Is this a bust or is this gonna be good?

Re-write 10-20 versions of the headline.

Anti-Goals

Don't just think about what you want.

Write down the "traps" or the 1-2 things you DON'T want to happen in a project.

Avoid the traps to win.

How to Win the Week

Ask:
"What would make this week an A+?"

You can't win if you don't know what winning means.

How to Evaluate Business Ideas

PROBLEM:

• some data that shows it is a widespread

OPPORTUNITY: Tie it together

For example you could say, it costs $X, you charge $Y, and so with Z customers you have a $M business.
