It's an established fact in this story that you are unable to fully comprehend and understand people unless you are put in the same situation as them, hence the reason hachijou tohya worked hard to make many parallels between ange and beato across the story.

He also devised the idea of transforming Beatrice to a title that can be inherited. The Family head title entitles you to just the assets, but by being named a golden witch you should be a person able to fulfill all of the duties imposed by said title.

The duties are carefully crafted by Indoctrinating Yasu's Whole life, therefore giving it a meaning, Which they are understanding your own family, trusting them and being compassionate to others. If you communicate and understand you become a golden witch in a true sense.

That's why eva gave ange both a ring and the title of golden witch when she died, as they are very different from each other and have different meanings all together, and eva finally achieved the meaning of her own title by shutting up about the truth till she died as a mother.

Everything in umineko is carefully constructed and connected to justify every person's actions and reasons for becoming the way they are, even the children are products of their wrong upbringing with their good and bad qualities, everything is inherited and it shows.

Each one of them actually wanted happiness for Beatrice and the people they care about at some point in their lives, everyone may seem like a piece of shit to the outside observer, but only Beatrice knew their true hearts, and that’s the duty of the golden witch.

Decided to elaborate a bit on the titles of Beatrice and their meaning. The "Endless" Title refers directly to one who sees all possibility, but for Beatrice who saw all the possibilities and denied a future, she couldn't be an endless true witch in the full sense

The Witch of "Infinity" is someone who can find eternal bliss, away from the sadness and loss experienced by "humans", they can be released from the "finite" possibilities, and become happy forever and ever.

A "witch" as explained in the side stories directly means A "God", one who controls fate instead of being played by fate. As long as beatrice controls the fate of people, she doesn't need to bother anymore with the hardships of an unexpected life.

"Beatrice" the title of her sole confident, the image of the portrait, and a one who holds the beatific vision of a golden land. If she solves the riddle she could defy "fate", and again finds out it is something not possible for regular humans who experience sadness and grief.

Ushiromiya Lion, the head of the dear family, and a one who doesn't give up on a miracle, even when the odds are against them, they will defy fate and survive, even in the minds & hearts of others, they will stay alive. Beatrice wished for a miracle to be seen as her true self.

"Shannon"The Dream of an ideal self, as mentioned literally through jungian definitions, shannon is the ideal yasu wanted to reach even in her younger days. an Ideal maid, but also an ideal woman and wife who supports her husband and is enough for him

"Kanon" The Pragmatic Self, who shoulders all the pain and negatives of life, the one who wants to be a "human being", despite not being able to, and the one who puts a leash on his dreams so they can't hurt others or betray their expectations, as she suffered this once before

The golden witch, in its simplest form, is a witch who can use the golden truth to influence reality, through a shared agreement between people. A golden witch is someone who is able to use this truth depending on the type of influence she wants to make, positive or negative.

Yasu is the title of the real pitiful self, who was bullied and couldn't make friends or gain respect. The name yasu symbolizes a painful period of the witch's child life, thats why she hates being called yasu, and tried to hide this past with all her power.

Sayo is the name only given to those to can unlock the mystery of Beatrice's heart, and instruct her on love, that's why she is only able to give her name only to those who share a full loving relationship with her, and can fully accept "Yasuda Sayo" in its entirety.

Ange as a User & Reincarnation of the Title " Beatrice " is able to understand and inherit all these roles and their purposes, but is able to use one more title "resurrection" acquired through full understanding of the limitless possibilities of love, unlike Yasu

The "Ushiromiya", The final and most important title, as Ange is the only one able to see the love poured into her by each of the ushiromiya, which is something you can't see unless you received love from them as a person, thats why ange is able to reach the truth

Many of the family members are sinners, but through raising Ange and Beatrice they gained some form of redemption. A witch of the "Future" does not look only at the "Past", but is able to use the past to move forward, also another title exclusive to Ange witch of the future.

If you fully understand the purpose and reasons of my titles, you will realize i lived a life of escaping from my reality, while being blind to the one truth of the world, which is "Love", thats why the only way to defeat Beatrice is to understand her in her entirety

You were loved Ange, Everyone loved you, and also you can find the love in everyone, its not magic nor its a possibility, each and every human is capable of love, its something unseen but its there, shining at the bottom of your heart, telling you to live and be happy.

They exist, they are all protecting me. Beatrice was protected by her other selves, but she is still only "One" self, Ange is also lonely but protected by the other selves of her family, thats why it takes two to create a universe. I want to know what is it that i cannot obtain.

The one thing Beatrice wanted but couldnt obtain was a family. It was her first dream so she could become one with them inside herself, like Ange is able to, but beatrice sadly didn't and couldn't have a family, and even wasn't able to accept love.

That's why i will gain a family even at the cost of my death. Because i want to be one yet many in the name of love, i want to obtain the thing i lack, "Love", then i will die because i will be finally obtain it in heaven, endless bliss and the dream of a loving family.

I cry for you because we are the same, we are both "Beatrice" who are waiting for happiness that cannot exist, burdened by the real, while striving for the unreal, looking for love that we cannot obtain, please don't become like me, my heart is being crushed right in front of me.

Also as the golden sorcerer, also you Ushiromiya Battler, can indulge in endless bliss, with your family, which is the ultimate heaven of love and the final goal of someone who understands the titles & beatific vision. We are many titles yet "One", and we are together forever.

Forgot to add the title a thousand years old witch. It comes from the bible (But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day), because Beatrice understood JC teachings, she became a saviour in his name

Featherine directly quotes the same verse here, signifying that experiencing a thousand years can be a mental thing, which is ofc true for Beatrice, who by understanding the lord's teachings, found love that many humans cannot find even if they lived a thousand years.
