reach out to 20 Recruitment companies

ask if they can help you find someone for the role

5-6 will send u 2-3 vetted candidates each

interview 5, hire 1

Step 3 - Clean house

replace shitty employees with high-performers

- Video Runthrough (screen capture of u going thru the whole system & explaining your thought process in depth)
- Resources (list of ANY links/documents/etc employee needs when doing this system)

keep the SAME EXACT STRUCTURE for every Systems page...
