Okay. I'm pretty good at pushups (I can do over 20 clap pushups effortlessly). For the next 30 days, so until my birthday, I'll be posting myself doing 30 pushups and seeing how my form gets better day to day. Sometimes I'll be sore from push day the day before but still.
This is gonna be the thread. Starting now!
Thoughts: I went down a good amount, really good actually,
My chest was touching the floor on every rep! However I should've straightened my arm more, the final 3 reps I straightened my arm fully (yes my arm can't be a straight line).
Day 2:
I had to worry about the time alot more today, wasted too much time at the beginning and Twitter only allows you to record 1m vids so yeah but doesn't matter I guess
Day 3:
I'm happy these pushups were consistent, however, I think I could've went a bit deeper. Apart from that not bad plus I feel way better after doing them tbh.
Day 4: I'm reaaaaaally not energetic rn so I don't even know if I'll hit 30 pushups but screw it let's see what happens.

Honestly I'm surprised I got it, I guess no matter what 30 pushups will always be easy for me lmao
Day 5:
I had way too much coffee today all of these I went really low and did 1 extra cuz why not. Coffee does things to a man💀
Day 6:
It's night, I've been studying/ doing work all day, of course my form isn't perfect .
I don't know if I did the right amount, maybe I did 29 maybe I did 31 but either way I'm about to sleep, I'm exhausted from today.
I didn't miss the day tho, consistency is key!đŸ„©đŸ„©
Day 7: It's officially been a week.

My excuse is I trained chest today (and I'm basically dead asleep rn)
Day 8:

43 in 1 minute, I definitely had a few more in me but 1 minute ain't enough. I'd say around 40 of them are good form so that's good.
Day 9: my legs are weak!!!!!

I'll do the pushups now but off camera, yall just gotta have faith that I did them.
Day 10:
I didn't do them today, you gotta understand when to take a day off and for me, I was out shopping alot of the day, I worked out my chest today, etc, and I just don't want to (plus I forgot tbh and now it's too late, I literally can't breathe without thinking of sleep).
Day 11:
My chest is sore from yesterdayđŸ˜©
Honestly struggled alot this time but it doesn't matter
Day 12:
I didn't finish them in the vid but I did 30.
My form was absolutely perfect for like at least 26 of them. I used a closer stance today (as opposed to my usual wide-stance) and it took more time but overall not bad.
Day 13:
LIFE IS HYPE, I'M HYPED AS FUCK, EVERYONE ENJOY LIFE TO THE FULLEST, I'M GONNA GO EAT THEN WORK OUT, WOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Day 14:
2 weeks officially done, I can't focus at all studying for this test tommorrow hopefully after pushups I'll be able to focus.
Day 15: Wait shit I forgot to do them yesterday, I'll do 2 sets today to make up for it (check next tweet in this thread).
