This track is revered as one of the best songs of all time and the best Ghostface track. But I've always seen people say they don't know what he means by some of the bars so I'm gonna explain to the best of my ability

The intro is pretty much self explanatory he's just shouting out his group TMF and announcing that he's coming back 4 years after the release of Ironman. He also said Masked avengers which references his alter ego "Tony stark's aka ironman" who is an avenger

"Heavyweight Rhyme writers": He's the best at writing rhymes aka he's a heavyweight which is the highest weight class(no limit to the weight number,Mostly 91kg+) in several fighting sports.

"Sesscapade push your new court dates trauma": combination of sess and escapade. Sess means smoking cannabis. So this probably means to smoke weed and delay your court dates. It could also mean sexcapade which could mean an affair so this girl is risking her marriage for ghost.

"Hands is like candy canes": when you're having sex with a girl and play with her pussy while she's on her period and u get blood on ur hand. This is referred to as a candy cane."lay my balls on ice": means he has to rest because his balls got sore after having sex

"cauliflower hurting when I dumped the trash":this is a reference to wildflower which is a track on ironman which details the story of his girl cheating on him.

"Sour mash served in every glass up at the Wally Bash":Jack daniels(sour mash) is served to everyone at Ghost's party (wally bash).

"Backdraft, four-pounders screaming with the pearly ash": Backdraft is the name of a movie about firefighters but it also highlights the damage that is done by gun fire and fire. Four pounders(guns usually weigh 4 pounds if it's loaded) pearly ash(gun powder).

Johnny blaze is Method Man's alias(also the alter ego of the ghostrider) and Johnny Mathis is the name of a legendary pop artist. "Acrobat":is a reference to bendy,athletic and flexy sex. It is also a reference to the events in the movie "method man" acrobat is also a method man
