@Airbnb I have booked an apartment for a month. I have asked a host if it’s quiet, and he said that it is. I traveled to that city today and it turns out that it’s super noisy in the apartment. I reached out to support and they only agreed to refund $400 from the total $700.
@Airbnb The support is saying that there is no problem with the listing. And they wouldn’t even refund the service or cleaning fees. I have stayed in this apartment for like 15 minutes. This is outrageous. I have to urgently look for some other accommodation.
