Found a couple of pictures of hazmat man before arrest.
Appears to be standing either alone, or with one other person in baseball cap and shorts - a few people taking pics of him.

Who *is* this woman? Films it on what looks like two phones and then follows the police and press pack.

Another point to make about Hazmat Man is he appears to be wearing dark sunglasses. He don't seem to want you to know who he is....
