this list is specifically for twisted wonderland oc week / twst oc week and also because i wanted to throw a list of fairytales somewhere ... i just think it'd be neat to see everyone's ocs as fairytales so here's a list of cool ones

the more famous ones:
— little red riding hood
— hansel and gretel
— the little match girl
— thumbelina
— little miss muffet
— the red shoes
— the pied piper
— baba yaga
— the twelve dancing princesses

lesser known ones:
— snow white and rose red
— the robber bridegroom / mr. fox

— east of the sun west to the moon

— the twelve huntsmen
— the princess on the glass hill
— the singing mermaid
— the green knight

technically not fairytales but i'll still list them anyways:
— swan lake
— the nutcracker
— giselle
— orpheus and eurydice
— endymion
— hades and persephone
— the maid freed from the gallows

i am tempted to put hans christian andersen's "the snow queen" somewhere on here solely because frozen is such a loose adaptation. frozen did it so dirty and it would be cool to see people try to draw their ocs in the original snow queen story
