2 years co2 concentration (supposedly, as per noaa) vs solar radiance vs air & surface temp.

Either co2 helps cool the surface... or plays ZERO part in it. Here's the data- go scienteers & engineers!
The importance of this is:
Looking at co2 in a bottle- a day by day quantification of impact vs looking at co2 over time & quantifying its impact. The data shows a consistent trend: co2 not really playing a role except to get colder? How do we get panic mode from this?
Sorry, a point of confusion:
It's 3 years of data, I wrote 2 years as I am looking at the delta changes for trends. Shoulda been more clear on that. Ty.
