2. Desert Eagle - an “assault weapon” for being a handgun that weighs more than 50 ounces

3. Mauser C96, invented in 1896 - an "assault weapon" for being a handgun which accepts a magazine in any location other than the grip

4. Black Aces Pro Series M - an "assault weapon" for being a semi-automatic shotgun with a box magazine

5. Ruger Mini-14 Target Model - an "assault weapon" for having that funny-looking thumbhole grip

6. This Glock would be an illegal "assault weapon" because it has a second pistol grip

7. Benelli M2 - an "assault weapon" for being a semi-automatic shotgun that fits more than 5 shells

And finally...

8. Rossi Circuit Judge, a .410, 5-shot, revolver shotgun - an illegal "assault weapon" for being "any shotgun with a revolving cylinder"
