Main platform would be QQ Music so you can dl the app first.
Best is find frm baidu and find the section in P1. But to use the app properly, you need to download china vpn as well. You can just dl any frm app store.

How to prepare for QQ music charts?
Create more QQ accounts!
1 phone number can create 2 accounts per day. You have to wait 3/4 days or a week to continue creating accounts. No limit to how many you can create.

1. Download QQ from your app store (Note that the app is in Chinese)
2. P1: Press bottom right to register with phone number
3. P2: Put in your country code+phone number
4. P3: Nickname + Password
You can try if this works.

For overseas phone numbers, you may receive an error message after you key in the number. Which happen to me when I tried to create 2nd account. You can keep trying everyday and see if it works. Those with iPad can try with iPad. For others, im still finding solutions for it.
After you have created your QQ account, you can proceed to your QQ music.
