To start off, today's workout was:
- 30 min cycle ride
- 10 min core strength class
- 5 min upper body strength class
- 5 min post workout stretch class

- 10 min cycle ride

- 5 min lower body strength class
- 5 min post workout stretch class

30 min!

I'm planning on ramping up the strength classes, but I'm starting off slow since its been a while since I've done strength training
Took a break for today bc I had work, back on the grind tomorrow!
Workout for today:
-15 min cycle ride
-10 min core class
-10 min stretch
35 min

I swear some of the shit they do in stretching classes is humanly impossible

Tbh finding motivation to workout is hard most of the time, but I'm going to keep at this until it comes naturally

Took it easy today bc my arm is a bit sore from getting my first covid shot

Jammed my toe yesterday pretty hard and its still bruised and painful, going to have to take it easy until it goes back to normal
No workout today I can't get the damn tv I use for the classes going, I think the remote battery is dead and I can't find the charger

Hey ill consider it a break day while my toe is getting better

-5 min stretch
Hoping to get back to normal soon
Ok so I did an awful job keeping this thread updated this month

Lets fix that
