9 tips to maximize your days off.

-A Thread-
1) Have goals and plans for your days off.

Don't slumber into your days off. It is very important to use weekends and the free time to your advantage.

Tackle projects, create more income streams, build connections.

Use your off days to build systems that create more days off.
2) Stick to the same weekday sleep schedule.

Days off are not for staying up late and sleeping in. You need to attack these days with even more energy and more purpose.

Go to bed early, wake up early and take advantage of the free time you have.

Maximize your time daily.
3) Disconnect.

Often times, the quickest way forward is to take a step back.

Shut off, shut down and find your balance as often as needed.

Balance breeds beauty in all things. Seek it.
4) Work out.

Exercising is the best thing you can do for your body.

Workup a sweat daily if you want to be successful.

Push yourself, find your limits and push harder. You have no idea how far you can go until you try.
5) Spend time with friends/family.

Life is nothing without friends or family. Speak to them daily and spend time with them as often as possible.

Build your own family if you do not have one. But do not go through life alone.

Create your life or it will be created for you.
6) Have hobbies.

Seek out things you enjoy. Schedule time for them.

Life is way to short to hustle 24/7 and then die.

Go to the beach, travel, play sports, sing, dance, play with legos, puzzles, video games, movies...

Whatever you enjoy, do it often!
7) Spend time outdoors.

Becoming one with nature brings you closer to your true self.

Spending time outdoors is instant meditation and an instant mood/energy booster.

Spend time alone when needed, embrace your inner animal and embrace the outdoors.
8) Relax and reflect.

Quiet time is special time. It is a needed break for most.

Seek out time daily, especially on your off days to just be lazy for an hour or two.

Calm your body, calm your mind, be still.

Relax, recharge, reflect, refocus.
9) Prepare for the week ahead.

Those who prepare to win are prepared to win.

Write down goals, write down plans, act on those plans, create habits and turn them into automatic systems.

You are capable of far more than you will ever possibly know.

What a shame to never try....
