an organization, IO, is founded to observe an anomaly found on a remote island. this anomaly creates a time loop on this island that can only be escaped by coming into contact with it.

some time passes, and a meteor crashes into the island. IO creates a facility at the epicenter of the crash to study the strange meteorite. weeks pass and the meteorite opens. the visitor escaped

the visitor creates a rocket in order to crack open the sky and create a rift. this is the start of the gradual downfall of the island.

the rift in the sky rifts in several things from our earth, including the sand from a desert in California. the rift, after some time, fades away. but, it channels its remaining energy into a purple cube.

the purple cube rolls around the island, leaving 9 runes imprinted on the ground. the cube‘s final destination is Loot Lake. it falls into the lake and it becomes one with it. the lake is all purple and has an anti-grav effect

the small island in the center of the lake rises up, creating a floating island. this floating island travels across the island until it eventually leads back to the lake. the energy of the floating island is too much to handle and it breaks into three pieces

these three pieces are still being held up in the air by the purple cube. the cube begins to shatter and breaks. when it breaks, it sent everyone in the nearby area into another dimension, where a butterfly made out of a rift comes to greet whoever is in there before they are

teleported back to the main reality. this separate reality will soon be known as the nexus, a reality that connects all realities.

before the cube shattered, it shed a final teardrop into the center of the lake (which at the time was a pit that lead to the nexus).

after everyone is teleported back to the main reality, they were greeted to the lake being entirely fixed up, with a new land mass in the middle

this land mass contained pieces of the purple cube and gorgeous flora. IO takes note of this and begins drilling into this new landmass at the lake.

they find a vault hidden under the lake. the vault is opened through 5 keys, each key had a rune symbol on it. people had to solve puzzles in order to move the keys to the vault.

once each vault key was inserted, the vault opened. this sent everyone nearby back to the nexus. but, now, the nexus was fully explorable. the anomaly was in full display here, along with a helmet that belongs to a certain person we will soon meet.

the power caused by the vault opening causes the volcano to erupt. debris from the volcano hits two cities and the iceberg. this hit awakens the monster inside the iceberg.

the person with the helmet seen in the nexus comes back into our reality. she recreates the two destroyed cities using new technology powered by the nexus and the anomaly.

the iceberg cracks open, and the monster escapes its icy prison and begins roaming nearby. the helmet lady (we’ll call her singularity now), creates a mech that can fight this monster.

the monster arises from the sea. singularity boards the mech. the monster dashes at the vault and begins trying to break open the vault doors. they both fight and singularity realizes she won’t win if she does not take drastic measures.

she breaks open the vault with the mech and absorbs power from the anomaly. the anomaly is now in our reality and is no longer protected. the mech grabs a sword hidden in a statue in one of the cities and kills the monster.

the damaged anomaly becomes unstable. it rewrites the current reality and rewinds time in the area where the meteor hit. the meteor now stands still above the land, held back by the anomaly’s power.

(from now on we’ll call the anomaly the “Zero Point”).

the visitor within the meteor escapes and begins his plan to destroy the current reality and end “the loop” which I previously brought up.

the visitor channels the energy of the zero point and heavily alters many locations on the island. along with this, he creates rifts above these locations. with each location came a new version of himself from another reality. these 7 versions (including himself) are known as

“The Seven”. the seven create seven different rockets and execute their plan to destroy and end the loop.

the seven rockets blast off and create enough friction to destroy the energy holding the meteor back and create a rift in front of the meteor. the meteor is rifted on top of the zero point, and is now making its way towards it. it shatters the force field keeping the zero point -

safe. the zero point collapses in, creating a black hole that swallows this reality.

the island is reborn, but is nearly entirely altered. chapter 2 begins here.

at this time, galactus (yes, the fucking marvel villain) senses the power from the island and begins traveling towards it. we won’t see him for a while though but keep him in mind

two groups are created, alter and ego. not much of importance happens with them at this state, but they later evolve into shadow and ghost.

ghost is led by midas, with the help of skye, meowscles, brutus, and tntina.

ghost begins their plans on destroying “the storm”, which holds up the loop. destroying it would mean that the loop would end.

they create a device that would destroy the storm. it is powered up in the middle of their HQ, but something goes wrong. it completely goes haywire and replaces the storm with a wall of water. the ghost HQ is destroyed and many people are teleported into another reality.

this reality holds the offices of IO. a person who works at IO, notices you. they ask if you can hear him and if you can even see him, before you return back to the main reality again.

(this person is agent jonesy, he’ll be important later on)

the wall of water collapses and floods the island. ghost and shadow are now defunct. meowscles has a kid

the water recedes and the island is returned to its normal state. thor (the marvel hero) somehow makes his way into the island. he’s ambushed by many people here and asks where he is. no one responds. because they can’t. they can’t understand him. they can’t speak. this is the-

curse of the loop. anyone who makes their way into the loop is now trapped within it and feels the effect of the curse, including Thor. thor calls several other marvel heroes/villains to aid him. one of these people is tony stark

tony stark creates several devices that use the zero point’s power in order to rift in a piece of New York that holds his lab.

he creates millions, if not billions of battle buses armed with nuclear bombs. this is because he realized that galactus is very close to the island and is about to destroy reality

galactus arrives, and manages to steal the zero point which was hiding under the island. the zero point caves in once again, creating another black-hole-like effect. we are transported into this nothingness and face off galactus ourselves with the armed battle buses

galactus is defeated and the island returns. the zero point is now uncovered above the ground as well. the zero point creates a desert around it, with crystals that channel its energy.

now that the zero point is open and anyone can escape, agent jonesy tries to make sure the whole “seven” incident doesn’t happen again and people don’t escape the island. he hires people from different realities to become hunters and make sure no one escapes.

some of these hunters include, but are not limited to: the mandalorian, baby yoda, the terminator, ryu and chun li, the predator, master chief, the flash, and many more.

this is the end of the fortnite lore (as of now)! the next season is in the few weeks so I might update this when that happens lol

update: the zero point is exposed on the map and it continues to destabilize everyday. the new season drops on tuesday so we’ll see what happens
