1. Know what you're good at

Understand what industry you have an edge in.

If you don't have one, start learning.
2. Build an audience

Use twitter or any other platform to build an audience of concentrated followers all interested in your expertise.

Post consistent value and give out plenty of free game.
3. Establish authority

Posting free game is the first half of this.

Second half is having your own mini-product to really solidify your positioning.

Whether it's a mini course or a really good ebook, create something.

It must be an A+ quality product.
4. Analyze

While building your audience and helping others start out in your niche, analyze the roadblocks and process carefully.

See what's the hardest part, what takes the most time, or what's the most ambiguous process.

That's where you'll make gold.
5. Build a Saas

Whitelabel or hire a dev, up to you.

Use your analysis to come up with a service that fixes said problem.

Outreach?
>> Your audience

Just with your audience alone you have thousands of hot leads.

Benefit them, benefit yourself.
6. Pricing

Price your saas at $40-300/mo.

Nothing lower.

Preferably $100+.

You'll only need 200 people from your audience to hit $20k/mo.
7. Timing

This will take a 1+ years to accomplish.

Too long for you?

Cool, this is not for you.

Building an audience and positioning yourself can take months.

That's a good thing.

Use that time to build trust and bring value.

Get others results.

It will do you good.
I truly believe this is the best way to build a service.

Market research is natural.
Solution is clear.
Audience already exists.
Trust is there.
