This is going to be a thread of Hinata’s cannon useful moments in the series.
Please keep in mind that she’s a side character, who didn’t get that much screen time, so don’t expect too much from her.

Guided the Hanabi rescue team to the cave entrance, that connected the Earth and the Moon using her Byakugan.
Discovered the location of the Tensigan.
Destroyed the Tensigan with the help of Naruto.
Informed Naruto, Sakura, Shikimaru, Choji, and Ino that the exploding humans have a foreign chakra running through their bodies.
Knocked out the exploding humans, so they can’t move for a day.

Hinata assisted Sakura by using her Byakugan, to show Sakura where the infected chakra is, so Sakura can heal the exploding humans. The anime only showed us them working on one human, but Sakura said “that’s the last one”, so they did this on many more and saved many life’s.
As Neji was collapsed due to over using his Byakugan, Hinata was still able to keep watch till the next day, for the unit her and Neji were assigned too.
Shino and Kiba also was keeping watch.

This has 2 useful moments in it. She saved Neji from a Zetsu, and her and Neji fought side by side defeating many white Zetsu’s.
Hinata and Ino did a combo attack and successfully threw off the bijuu bomb.
Along with her father(Hiashi), and her cousin(Neji) .. all 3 of them protected Naruto.
Hinata used 8 trigrams air palm, to destroy a wooden release sphere shot from the ten tails that was about to pierce Naruto.
Hinata air palmed a giant ten tails hand that was about to crush anyone within the distance of its landing.
Hinata assisted Sakura by using her Byakugan to inform Sakura on what Naruto and Sauske are doing.
Fought on the front lines and defeated ten tail mini clones.
Hinata used gentle fist to put Naruto’s shoulder bone back in place. If she hadn’t done this than Naruto wouldn’t had been able to throw his Rasen Shuriken.
