I have discovered a new option for #DorkFitness! @letsjoyn, who never use their Twitter account but have a website and app FULL of many different movement classes that are size inclusive and accessible. We’re talking BIG BODIES MOVING, y’all, and it’s completely wonderful.
I’ve done a sun flow chair yoga class with Anna, I just finished Functional Fitness 101 with Wendy, and I’m looking at some other classes like dance and tai chi and even HIIT that I’ve been interested in but intimidated by in the past. #DorkFitness
Gonna keep using my #DorkFitness hashtag even if the Fitness I’m Doing on any given day is not particularly dorky because I know it’s a sensitive topic for some folks and this way you can mute and opt out. I get it and I love you.
(But posting about it keeps me motivated!)
