Trey Lance has a pretty deep ball.
You could say he has a little arm talent
Another perfect deep shot
Excuse me?
Ball placement doesn't get much better than this.
What a pass. Drops this one right in the bucket.
There are subtle things in Lance's game that are fun to watch. On play action he always dips his head.

Not sure exactly why he does it, but it's the little things that set guys apart.
Good luck bringing down this freight train.
The receiver couldn't have been more open here, but does a nice job getting him the ball for the TD on the run.
Reads through his progressions quickly and while this pass may look inaccurate at first, he puts it only where his guy can get it.
The kid is so fun 🚀
Nothing spectacular here but gets an accurate pass off on the run.
Lance has arguably the best touch on deep balls in this class.
3rd and 23? No problem.
A nice throw on the run for the touchdown.

Ball placement is great and the throw is slightly across his body too.
Reads through his progressions, stays strong in the pocket while stepping up to get away from pressure, and fires off the pass for the first down into a tight window.
This is incomplete but the ball placement is very good.
Fires this one into a fairly tight window between the two defenders.
Pocket closing in and delivers a great ball for the touchdown.

He could have led the receiver to the boundary, but that is just nitpicking.
He is a quick processor. Quickly reads through progressions here and another great deep shot to his WR.
Another nice throw on the run.
Just misses this one.
Steps up to get away from pressure, still takes a shot from a defender, but fires off an accurate pass for the first down on 3rd and long.

The WR can't come down with it, but he shows off his excellent deep ball accuracy again here.
A fun designed play. I like how he resets his feet before making the throw to ensure it is an accurate one.
LOL. The dude is a monster.
The WR can't make the catch, but placement doesn't get much better than this.
Shows great anticipation on this throw.
