Shortly after this, in early fall 2018, @BTS_twt all early renewed their contracts w BH.

They didn’t make a last minute decision. They had time. They talked abt it. It’s fair to guess they thought abt it, the future, their goals/dreams, the pressure etc, a lot.
We even know from the Harvard Business Review BTS talked abt what they wanted frm BH if they continued+

After realizing they are @BTS_twt b/c of the things they love, & that BTS want to keep doing & feeling that, members directly told BH they wanted the new contracts to acknowledge their achievements. Joon previously called it a partnership, that took great risk for great reward +

They don’t hv a typical idol/k-entertainment co relationship. It’s also not a typical artist/western label relationship. The IPO +shares made it v clear
