We are (as crypto and DeFi) working or playing in one of the greatest Meritocracies to ever be conceived.

Yet - all I hear is how someone else has not added value to the token you hold.

As a holder - you don't need to wait. You want marketing, go talk about the project.

You want additional resources, fund and build them and ask the treasury for reimbursement.

Value adding skills and contributions will never be ignored.

I am not a dev? - Neither am I and I have managed to force my way into this space using the skills I have adapted to what is needed.

We need all the skills in this space we can get outside of coding;
-Leadership
-Business Development
-Operations specialists
-Content Generation

So ask yourself not what your token can do for you, but you can do for your token!
