LRT is something ive wanted to say everytime i see FGO being compared to GBF in generosity

both games have different endgames with different priorities

from what i hear from my GBF friends is that in order to access or optimally farm endgame materials, meta builds are necessary

sure you could still run your faves as much as you want but in the end you're aiming for efficiency thus the incentive and offers to roll the gacha increases thus leading to sparking for specific characters

for FGO, it's a different beast altogether

FGO was designed, and still is, a game that can be cleared with literally any unit with enough time and effort

so while there are preferably optimal or desired units to avail in the gacha you could still run the game with a max stat Kojiro or Angra if you so desired

so the incentive to roll for units is mostly reliant on preferable choice than efficiency.

so when Cygames gives out 300 rolls for everyone while Aniplex gives out 10, just remember that they are both entirely different games with different priorities
