Oh my oh my A is bad, bad, bad. Like Crest you could throw it on in the background but the electronic on this are jarring, apparently there is some album with drums programmed out the wazoo. I would have put this here for maximum disgust if I knew what it was called

So Open Wound is my top track of 2020 that I heard. I suddenly went back to a world where emo hardcore was doing things in the early 00& #39;s. Then I copped on and realised that this album is heavy as all fuck and is a many horned beast.
The dual vocal& #39;s are awesome, the pipes on the lady is a fantastic counter to the more traditional shouted hardcore vocals from the male vocalist. Blast beats and double kicks that turn up in parts that wouldn& #39;t be lost on a black metal record
This is one where I was wondering what was the lyrical content so I looked it up. The scythe through blame culture toward women on What Was She Wearing was especially cutting. The switch between shoe gaze type elements and then punching the head with blazing hardcore...
works for me every time. That contrast in an album always endears me. Warhorse& #39;s As Heaven Turn to Ash is one of the albums that did that massively. Overall this album is massive, I& #39;m reminded of early 00& #39;s gig I attended and times past. From a thoroughly modern album. Bravo
