Y’know, if your reasoning for not watching/reading One Piece is because it’s too long and it’ll take forever to catch up, you’re missing the whole point.

[Thread I highly encourage you to read]
One Piece is a journey, one that both the characters and viewers embark on together. That’s how Oda designed it.

They’re looking for the One Piece, but that destination isn’t really the objective for the characters, and the “destination” of catching up shouldn’t be yours either.
Don’t think of it as this massive beast to tackle. Treat it like the journey it is and take the time to soak in every moment.

Go at your own pace. Just take it one step at a time. Treat each arc like it’s own adventure, and take a break to rest every now and then if you need to.
Don’t worry if it takes a while. I’d almost even argue it’s *better* if it takes you years to catch up; it’s certainly taken the crew that long so far!

Try me. Give it one episode/chapter a day, a week even. Start small. Don’t focus on how it “never ends”; take it step-by-step.
You’ll be amazed at how far you’ve gotten before you know it, and once this masterpiece of a story starts blowing you away as it just keeps getting better and better, you’ll be so glad you took that first step. Trust me.

So what are you waiting for? Welcome to the crew, friend!
