The past 31 days I
- read four books
- was actively moving at least 30mins every week (mostly biking with [and complaining to] Daniel)
- submitted four poems (2 are published so far on a website!) And Cloud + Skye
- was not so very intentional telling people stuff

- read 7 books
- moved at least 30 minutes every week (usually walking on the treadmill while reading a book lol)
- wrote ideas for Cloud + Skye, no new poems i think
- my intentionality is replying/reacting to stories and IG posts!

- wrote nothing
- was more direct in my communications somehow. can’t pinpoint exact times but I know I did somehow idk w/e
