Uraraka is a strong and determined female lead. She is unique compared to a lot of other female leads, because she doesn't revolve around her crush, has her own goals, and grows and matures as the series progresses
A character being driven by the need to earn money can be seen as selfish, but there are exceptions. Uraraka is the perfect example of this. She wants to earn money, but not for selfish reasons. She's doing it for her parents, so they can have a much easier life. Shes inspiring
Uraraka has a second motivation also. When she felt like she failed to save Night eye, she thought she wasn't doing enough. She was also worried for Deku's safety because of how reckless he is. Now she wants to be the hero that saves heroes. This shows how selfless she really is
And with Uraraka's recent clash with Toga, she saw an emotional side of her. Uraraka has never seen this before, so it might be an eye opener. Maybe she'll have an entirely different perspective on villians. Maybe she'll try to save Toga. Only time will tell.
Uraraka's growth as a character is very well done. She's possibly one of the best written characters in the series. Seeing her grow as a person is so satisfying. She starts out as a bubbly and kind young girl, and then grows to a strong, badass, and confident young women. It's
