- New faculty who have no one in their lab yet
- Ex-academics who now work in industry
- Freelance sci-commers/consultants
- People who are in a toxic lab
- People between jobs
- Keen undergrads

The aim is to start with a weekly meeting where people can drop in (you don& #39;t have to come every week!) and we& #39;ll go round and say what we& #39;re up to/vent. Then, depending on who comes, we could think about journal clubs/practicing talks/structured discussions/training. 2/3
