Impalement!

Rhinotomy: mutilation, usually amputation, of the nose.

Iron spider: breast or ball ripper

The Brazen or Sicilian Bull: The brazen bull was designed in the form and size of an actual bull and had an acoustic apparatus that converted screams into the sound of a bull.

Pear of Anguish. Do I need to explain?

The Rack. The person is stretched until they can hear their shoulders dislocating. They hear the pop as their ligaments and muscles snap.

Rat torture: some use fire to urge the rats to eat their way through the victim.

Death by Elephant. Self-explanatory.

And just for #بو_مفتاح I came up with a lovely torture that I would love to implement. I call it Curler’s Despair. Put a curler “inside” him, turn it on, enjoy the screams.
