STEP 2 - CREATE JOB OUTLINE

Open up Notepad & sart writing

Introduce your company.... short sentences about exciting shit going on, your past & your future

Write your job outline in a dope way... stand out

Include
- What your VA will handle
- How role has growth potential
STEP 2 (CONT.)

Do NOT include skills needed for the role - you'll turn off top talent

Use words like lead, grow, build, manage, & create to fluff perceived role responsibility - helps attract top talent
STEP 2 (CONT.)

Ex1: Lead our email marketing efforts
Ex2: Create new funnels for lead gen, spurring 2-3x revenue growth by EOY 2021
STEP 2.5 - FINISH JOB OUTLINE

At the end of your Job Outline

Include a keyword like banana pudding & tell applicants to address you by name

You will rule out 90% of applicants within 2 seconds

Saving you valuable time & frustration
STEP 3 - POST JOB

Post your job

Wait...

Applications will roll in

You'll get 200-400 applications in a few days
STEP 4 - TESTS

Reach out to applicants who followed your job outline's rules

Test them - you'll test 20-30 candidates

Typing, data entry, internet speed, answer emails etc
