I've noticed that Covid-19 is on peak here again & My mom has also suffered from this last month. I've decided to put some useful tips for people who might be suffering.

√ Symptoms can be severe cough & nausea. Loss of senses of taste & smell as well.
Note: It can be just nausea or just cough. It's not important that you loose your senses. Do not take this virus lightly. You might be infected & you don't know it. Just like my mother.

My mother was infected & my family didn't know it. Despite of being around her all the time it's a miracle that no one got infected.
√ Important Test for Diagnosis:
Go for the Blood Test, PCR & Antibodies Test & Chest X-ray
(Antibodies & Chest X-ray are most important)

√ Treatment:
Take steam as much as possible. At least for 3-4 times in a day.
Also take some multi vitamin & liquid food or Juices such as soups tea, coffee, hot water. Try to take healthy food like veges as much as possible
And ofcourse don't forget to do ablution.

Note 1: Do not nebulize. I repeat again, Do not nebulize.
Just take steam.
Reason is that if you're positive you might end up infecting others as nebulizing creates vapours & it can spread in the air.
Note 2: If you have nausea or cough, it's high chances that you're infected.

Don't take this shit lightly. Take steam & do ablution as much as possible. Go for quarantine. Try to avoid going in public.
Note 3: Chest X-ray is important as it shows the infiltration (smoke or fog around your rib cage) if you're having coughs.

If infiltration spotted go for Covid-19 Antibodies Test.
Last but not the least, Take care of your family members. Specially the old ones & the young ones. May Allah heal all those who are suffering & grant them speedy recovery. Ameen.
