It is no surprise BBC's Question Time has had a huge dip in viewing figures. The main factor in this is probably be due to panel bias that was heavily in favour of remain. This, no doubt, has turned a large section of viewers away. Here's why... (Thread) #questiontime
In 2017, there were 128 remainers on the panel compared to just 67 leavers, only 2 episodes had a leave majority panel, and two episodes had no brexiteers on at all.
In 2018, there were 131 remainers on the panel compared to just 64 brexiteers, only 1 episode had a leave majority panel, and 1 episode had no brexiteers on at all. There were 13 episodes where the majority of remainers to brexiteers was 4 to 1.
In 2019, up until episode 13. There were 44 remainers and 21 brexiteers on the panel, only one episode had a majority leave panel, and 6 of the 13 episodes only had 1 brexiteer on the panel.
In a total of 93 episodes between the beginning of 2017 until mid 2019, there were 303 remainers on the panel compared to 152 brexiteers. Is it any wonder that after the brexit referendum, brexiteers have over time been put off by the BBC's bias. #bbcqt JRwrites
