I read Sidney Powell's Georgia election lawsuit she's filing and it's a regurgitation of conspiracies, lies and misunderstandings about elections that other courts+officials have shut down.

You *could* just stop reading on pages 4 and 5 once you see the crux of an argument is a debunked conspiracy that Dominion and Smartmatic - two voting machine competitors - were somehow created to rig votes for Chavez, who died a full 6 years before GA switched voting systems.

Here, the suit conflates monitors allegedly being told to go home early on Election Night (but state investigators were still there) with an issue the morning of Election Day with a water leak/pipe that delayed absentee processing.

The entire purchasing process for the new voting system followed state procurement timelines/guidelines/rules - and all the documents were released about RFPs, contracts, etc.

This suit is being brought by Georgia GOP presidential electors as well as chairman of the Cobb County GOP and assistant secretary of GAGOP, so this conspiracy-laden, typo-ridden lawsuit is being endorsed and pushed by the state and local party. #gapol

More questioning a settlement agreement entered regarding absentee ballots, claiming it violated Georgia law about signature match. (The SoS office disagrees)

This argues that the emergency SEB rule allowing counties to begin processing absentee ballots before Election Day (2 weeks, not three, and allowing results to come quicker) is not allowed because the SEB (a rulemaking body) isn't allowed to make that rule.

Oh this is a new one. Trump *and* Karen Handel lost because of absentee ballot fraud.

The data for absentee rejections is proportional to similar years, parties did more aggressive curing with rejected ballots to fix them.

even *if* people switched Biden and Trump voters during the statewide risk-limiting audit (which came incredibly close to the original count), the RLA didn't change any results because that's not what an RLA does.

Sorry, 451,157 people who voted for President Trump by mail!

To be clear, this suit wants the courts to force GA's electoral votes to switch with no evidence. #gapol

It is incredibly, inconceivably unlikely that any of these requests will be granted.

Finally, none of these lawyers listed have any election law experience (unless you count Lin Wood getting his TRO denied) based on what I can see. That's not a good sign if you're filing a suit challenging *a presidential election.*

In conclusion, there is STILL no evidence of widespread voter fraud in Georgia, with its absentee ballots+voting machines or with the counting process, and 104 pages of rehashed and regurgitated conspiracies that have been debunked by Republican elections officials =/= Kraken.
