hey guys. i emailed support@/weverseshop.io to see if I could get any clear, conscience information regarding the shipping delay of my ARMY kit and this is what they had to say.

keep in mind that i already contacted their cs regarding the shipping of my army kit and their response back was vague. my kit shipping status still says ‘ordered’.

for anyone wondering if it might be an issue with my address-it’s not. My BE album that I preordered has the same shipping address as my membership kit and the status for my album has changed to ‘shipping soon’.

Anyway, the whole point of this thread was to quell army’s worries about the kit but unfortunately, we are left with more questions than answers. At this point, we don’t know if or when Weverse will ever ship the kits from Jan-March and July-September.
