Right. New thread, for things I noticed when I streamed LGO this morning, music videos 1,2 and 3. OG, on my pillow, in the forest:

One, the OG version, is like the summary. We open with V taking off his mask, stating that we are already in this quarantine period. The singing starts as the day does, JK looking out the window and Jimin inviting him outside

Then we get RM looking up to the sky(like an arrow in the sky), wondering when things would get to normal so he can use his bike again. Then we have shots of them spending a day together inside, playing games, ordering food (j-hope's "I'm full" lyric coming to mind in FTMR).

We then have shots of them outside(later on as in the forest version). These shots going faster, like fleeting memories, and in film, like, again, memories? Also, I noticed that the OG mv is shot in a 16:4 ratio(?) while the other two are uh, full aspect? It fits the whole YT box

These black and white pictures are more faster if we go by the 'fleeting memories' and, in history, black and white pictures were the first pictures, so maybe I'll learn more about why later, this thread just from the top of my head.

Then, we have them going through the tunnel, like others have said, light at the end of the tunnel. But this scene is when I noticed they were going out into the forest( going In The Soop filming). Because later, in the forest version, these are the same outfits(same in the memr)

Forgot to add, this part in the OG mv, where they start singing. 1)the camera work is the same as the next two mvs. 2) This could be the "Fly To My Room" part, because they are in their room, maybe this is the time when they are wondering what to do next since evertyhinng was +

+cancelled. These shots from the "on my pillow" version. Also, is it just me, or does V's smile look like a frustrated smile as he sings 'my feet refuse to move'? Camera work throughout this, like in this scene from OG, and later in the soop version goes out then focuses onmember

So, after their stuck in room at night wondering what to do next, they go to the forest, passing by the stadium(and I cry)so. yeah. After this shot we have them in the living room

Going back, in the OG, we have a shot of them just watching the TV. (In FTMR we hear something about the virus on Hobi's verse in the bg, going from right ear to left). Everyone else falls asleep, and Jin reminisces.

From the previous shot Jin looks to his members (left to right). This is amazing if I'm getting this right. Because it's simultaneously a look to the past and a look to the future while being in the present. The monochrome for memories, the stage for present, and the fade into +

this scene with them in the white suits, is a hopeful look into the future (hah, their Dynamite James Corden performance). +

Same camera work (in the forest, on my pillow) ---I lost continuity so these are just additional ramblings. +

The film filter seems to be so heavy on the ot7 shot. Okay, so this is the simultaneous past and present thing, but life goes on. The memories they made in the soop....in the forest version
